Keep microphone muted except when it is your turn to talk.

Try to be in a quieter space so we can hear you when you speak.

Helps to be focused on our group and not doing other things while on video. 

Put your pretty and handsome on from the neck up... be engaged in the conversations going on so we can all enjoy your company.
